Bet on lead-free ammunition at Cinegética 2016
The Royal Spanish Hunting Federation (RFEC) and Azor Ambiental presented the lead-free shot at Cinegética 2016, a four-year project between the federation and Azor that is proving to be a real success throughout Europe.
AndrĂ©s Gil BuendĂa, president of Azor Ambiental, presented this product to the thousands of fans who visited the RFEC stand and shared its features with all those interested in this new proposal, which arises from the social need for hunting that is even more responsible with the environment.
On Saturday, a conference was also held in which Gil BuendĂa and the RFEC explained in detail the characteristics of this new ammunition, going into detail about its composition with biodegradable materials that are not harmful to human use, such as zinc, aluminium, tin and bismuth, resulting in ammunition that is 10,000 times less polluting than lead, according to the World Health Organisation.
Andrés Gil commented that the best way to convince people that we are dealing with a product that truly works is to try it, which is why samples of these cartridges were given away.
This ammunition was presented at the IWA, where it was very well received by the Danes and Nordics who took several boxes to try it out and have already requested important orders from Azor Ambiental. In addition, French, German and Italian manufacturers are travelling to Spain to see the product first hand.
This material represents a very important advance for the R&D department of Azor Ambiental and will be present in all Spanish gun shops by September.
