FlyMAD at CINEGÉTICA 2016

After the success of the I MoMAD Fly Tying Competition in the last edition, the Caza y Pesca channel is promoting this event with much more to offer under the new name of FlyMAD, on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th March .

Two days for fly fishing enthusiasts to meet renowned internationally renowned fly riggers first-hand at Cinegética 2016 , who will showcase the latest developments and create numerous fly rigging patterns with artificial and natural materials, mainly from game, thus creating authentic little works of art with which to fool salmon, trout, pike, bass, carp and barbel, among other species.

At FlyMAD we will see everything from salmon and trout flies to the most realistic set-ups that almost perfectly imitate a wide variety of insects. In addition, we will be visited by breeders of the Gallo de León from the legendary valley of the Curueño River, to show us the fur of their famous kidney feather.

Anyone who wishes to can enter this world with the fly tying school , where expert tyers will give basic introductory lessons, as well as try out the rat tail or various rods at the casting school , where instructors will teach the best fly fishing techniques.

There will also be raffles, precision competitions and a host of activities that will make Cinegética 2016 an unmissable event for sport fishing enthusiasts.
