Hunting Chronicle 2015 according to Extremadura Caza
Extremadura Caza is a website that has been dedicated for two seasons to showing the world how the hunting passion is lived in this autonomous community, and as defenders of hunting they could not miss Cinegética 2015. Here we leave you their impressions of the fair and a video that they have made.
This past weekend we travelled to the capital of Spain to attend IFEMA Cinegética. We were on edge in anticipation of the impressive Hunting Fair that awaited us, where every year hunters from all over the world meet to give free rein to their passion and where the big deals for the future of hunting are closed.
Upon entering, we visited the Portuguese stand, which this year offered us different hunting alternatives in our neighbouring country. The visit continued through the different stands with a multitude of companies related to hunting, while we contemplated numerous stuffed trophies.
Among the numerous trophies, it is worth highlighting the two elephants accompanied by a buffalo attacked by lions, forming a magnificent ensemble, or two roe deer trophies that, despite their rarity, were admirably beautiful, one with both horns joined together and the other with a malformed strap, creating a curious ensemble.
During our visit we tried out the latest weapons and hunting articles, and we learned about international hunting at the numerous stands dedicated to hunting in Africa, Asia, North America and Europe. We also took part in the numerous raffles held at Cinegética, both by the organisation and by the different companies.
We could not miss the opportunity to meet with our friends from JUVENEX , an association that does great work for the new generations of hunters.
We continued through the fair preparing the camera to immortalize this year's great event, with the exhibition of the Spanish records, where we were impressed by the great beauty and exuberance of the trophies.
We also took part in the activities that Cinegética had prepared for us, such as archery, rifle shooting and watching an exhibition with a Patterdale Terrier burrowing dog, and we enjoyed the reproduction of the screenings of the hunting film festival, with bow hunting as the main protagonist.
The tasting is part of Cinegética and we could not pass up the opportunity to try all the culinary delights related to hunting that the different companies offered us and to buy some sausages.
We couldn't leave Cinegética without taking advantage of the different offers offered by the stands selling hunting items, where we bought everything we needed for the next season.
We went out full of emotions, shopping and gifts. We wanted to return next year to this great event and we are looking forward to the hunting season starting after the taste that Cinegética left in our mouths.
We can only thank the organization for this great fair and confirm that next year we will be at Cinegética 2016.
