Cinegética 2016: Taxidermy. When memories almost become reality

We live in a time when technology marks our daily lives and also accompanies us on our expeditions, including the various devices that we can use to immortalize the moment of the shot with advanced devices that we can carry on our head or in our pocket, whether in a small compact camera or in our mobile phone.

But despite all the advantages of these devices, many hunters and fishermen will always have a preference for the naturalization of trophies, which confirms the respect and veneration towards the captured pieces. And we are talking about an ancestral craft that has evolved over the centuries to achieve the perfect representation of the animal in very diverse situations, achieving with its modeling and naturalization a full sensation of movement and life.

Once again, and due to the great importance of trophy preservation for hunters and fishermen, the Hunting Fair will once again feature a large presence of magnificent national and foreign taxidermists such as: Artax Masedo, Espetón, Jorge Horacio Varela, Taxidermia Garoz, Taxidermia Miguel Ruiz, and Taxtrophy.

Cinegética will also once again display an impressive taxidermy exhibition transferred from the Museum of Wild Fauna , of the Dr. Romero Nieto Foundation.

At the same time, you will be able to enjoy the exhibition of magnificent specimens at the stand of the National Board for the Homologation of Hunting Trophies , as well as the exhibition of the Cinegética Awards , where you will be able to see all the trophies awarded in this edition.
