2015 Hunting Awards
Once again, Cinegética wants to reward the passion, effort and dedication of those hunters who venture around the world in search of the trophy of their dreams, regardless of the difficulty of the hunt or the weather and social conditions. In this way, the 2015 Cinegética Awards will be presented again, which will be presented at the dinner to be held on Friday, March 20 at 9:00 p.m. at the Hotel Meliá Avenida de América .
The Hunting Awards recognise Spanish or foreign hunters (residents of Spain) who have obtained excellent trophies, taking into account the difficulty of the hunt and the importance of the species within the hunting environment, without forgetting the evident quality and beauty of said trophies, which will be evaluated according to the CIC measurement formulas for European trophies, and by the SCI method for those from the rest of the world.
The awards are divided into three categories, with gold, silver and bronze medals awarded for Europe, Asia, Africa, America and a separate category for bow hunting. The Cinegética Awards recognise the hunter who owns the trophy, as well as the work of the company organising the hunt.
On this occasion, the best trophy presented is the Middle Caucasian Tour won in Russia by Alberto Núñez Seoane. All the awards will be displayed in Pavilion 12 of IFEMA during the fair from 19 to 22 March.
