Sergio L贸pez Vidal Wins the II Antonio Mata Literary Contest
On Tuesday, March 17, the results of the II Antonio Mata Literary Contest were announced, recognizing and rewarding the creativity and talent of Spanish-language writers. This edition focused on nature, hunting, and conservation, encouraging reflection and the promotion of these values through literature.
The winner of the contest was Sergio López Vidal, for his work “Los collares colgados”. The first runner-up (primer accesit) went to Rafael Fuentes Pardo, for “Guerreros”, and the second runner-up (segundo accesit) was Jorge Pardo Sáez, for “El último Carmesí”.
The official announcement of the winners was made via social media, the same channel used to publish the contest. Due to personal reasons, the prize presentation for the winner has not yet taken place.
