With our dog on vacation
Summer is here, the long-awaited holidays are here and the problem of what to do with the dog arises. Do we take him with us? Do we leave him in a kennel? Do we leave him with a friend?
Our recommendation is to take him with us and at the same time avoid separation anxiety, we can prepare him for the mid-season.
Fortunately, this is the most popular option because more and more hunters see the dog not only as a work tool, but also as a companion with whom to enjoy walks in the city and in the countryside.
We're going on vacation!

First of all, it is very important to comply with the regulations that exist when transporting our dog in the vehicle; it should never be carried loose (with an approved harness or carrier).
And secondly, let's not forget the dog's documentation and the corresponding deworming that the veterinarian will prescribe, to avoid leishmaniasis or filariasis, diseases transmitted by mosquitoes.
If we have opted for a holiday in the countryside, it is a good time to practice basic training exercises with our faithful companion, always in a positive way. For example, retrieving…
Or if, on the other hand, we have chosen the coast as our destination, long walks (as long as the beach allows dogs) and exercise in the sea will get your muscles ready for the mid-season.
From Cinegética we wish you a very happy holiday and remember that we continue working so that the next edition of Cinegética, which will be held from March 21 to 24, 2019, in pavilion 12 of Ifema, continues to be our meeting point. And of course, bring your #HuntingDogs.
