Call for applications for the 2023 Hunting Awards for foreign hunting trophies
The year is coming to an end and a new cycle is beginning, bringing us closer to the month of March, when we will once again celebrate the most important hunting fair at a national level and one of the first at an international level.As in each of its previous editions, Cinegética 2023 announces its Cinegética Awards for foreign hunting trophies . Although they are already known to everyone, the rules of the call always highlight that the objective of these awards is to recognize and reward the effort, passion and dedication of hunters who travel to all corners of the planet pursuing their dreams and the best trophies obtained with maximum effort.
As always, the jury will be guided by these criteria when evaluating the awards:
- Objective difficulty of hunting.
- Appreciation of the species or subspecies in the hunting field.
- Trophy quality within its species or subspecies.
- Only one trophy of each species will be accepted, the largest of those presented, the rest will be entered in the next edition.
Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded, as well as honorable mentions for the continents of Europe, Asia, Africa, and America, and there will be a special category for trophies hunted with a bow. The medals are awarded to the hunter and the organizer of the hunt, on the condition that he or she has been an exhibitor at Cinegética at least once in the last three years.
All trophies will be on display, without fail , during the celebration of Cinegética 2023 , from March 23 to 26 in pavilion 14 of IFEMA , in Madrid.
